About

I don't come to PM from the outside. I've been working at its edge for years.

My background is in psychology, and I've spent over 3 years in fintech and iGaming — working across design, marketing, and user behavior. That combination taught me how people make decisions, what shapes their actions, and how to turn that understanding into work that drives business outcomes.

At Gaming Entertainment, I worked across both B2B SaaS and consumer-facing brands, creating marketing materials that supported acquisition, retention, and conversion. I was constantly working on the surfaces where product, brand, and performance meet — landing pages, campaign assets, customer-facing communications, and visual systems built to influence behavior.

What also shaped me is the range of environments I've worked in. I've seen how things move in a startup, an SME, and a corporation, and I understand how processes, communication, and decision-making change as a company grows. That perspective matters to me because good product work depends not only on insight and execution, but also on context.

Over time, I started approaching design less as isolated execution and more as product thinking: What is the user trying to do? Where does friction appear? What would improve the outcome? That shift led me deeper into the product toolkit, including user journey mapping, OKRs, KPI definition, and A/B testing.

My point of view is simple: good products are built by people who understand users, business goals, and team dynamics. That is the kind of product manager I’m becoming — one who combines psychology, design thinking, and analytics to create work that is useful, usable, and commercially effective.
